knowledge of healing and wellness. Anyone can use the tools provided, and ascribe the glory to their own deity. Mine is God the Trinity, to Whom I give all the credit and joyful thanks for my discoveries and continuing growth into wellness. I also give thanks to those who assisted me on this path, whatever belief system they belong to. Like many other people I too struggled (and still struggle to a certain extent...life's dynamic you know....there's always more) with stuff like grief, anger, resentment, jealousy, envy, greed, fear, anxiety, etc. These very tools I'm about to share with you have helped me overcome my many weaknesses in a profound way. Let's face it, it's all about becoming better, well-adapted people who can handle life's difficulties and challenges. In achieving that, we can all enjoy life to the optimum without being affected by unforseen circumstances or other peoples' attitudes, actions and behaviors.
From "behind the moon" in South Africa, I searched the world for help when I needed it to overcome my own difficulties. Rung by rung, I have climbed a ladder into new awareness and understandings of more than just the conventional routes of healing. As a former pharmacist, I had my taste of that route, and chose out in favor of a more wholistic approach. In the process, I have come across amazing individuals and stood on the shoulders of giants who have dedicated their lives to healing and wholeness of the all people on the planet.
I cannot say it has been an easy journey. It has, and continues to be however, well worth my efforts. Having learned a thing or two, I am now anxious to share all that I have gained, as I continue to learn and grow toward wholeness on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
I would especially like to thank my treasured husband, Hans-Joachim, for his undying support and superb wisdom and guidance in all that I have experienced.
In a nutshell, the difficulties I have battled include symptoms of severe anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and clinical depression. In the course of my strivings for this wellness, I have encountered amazing modalities which have all been helpful and continue to enrich my life. It is my joyful pleasure to share all I know with others, in hopes that the experiences I have endured can be turned inside out for the benefit of all.
I feel that I come from a unique perspective as a devoted Christian, in that I feel that too many of us deprive ourselves of many of the blessings intended for all by our fear of mingling with people and information that we don't understand. Fear blocks our path, and keeps us in our tiny boxes, over-protected from the richness that is intended for our lives. I hope to be a bridge over that fear, an living example of the ability to maintain my own deep convictions of Christianity while soaring above the fear and prejudice that keeps too many of us in the shadows, unable to stand in the sunlight intended for all.
Knowing about the connections of physical to emotional, mental, and spiritual workings, becoming intimate with the inner workings of your heart, mind and soul will set you on a path of wholeness, balance, and harmony.
I have learned many things in my quest for healing, and it is my desire to share all that I learn, and continue to learn with anyone who will listen. As a former pharmacist, I now feel that we must all take response-ability for our own health, and the connections between our emotions, our bodies, our hearts, and our minds, rather than depending upon pills to solve our problems. I cannot say that all drugs are useless; of course they have their place. What I can say is that unless the root causes of our physical or emotional difficulties are discovered and addressed, no amount of medication will correct the problems or free us of our inner conflicts.
I have discovered mind-boggling modalities that totally fall outside of the boundaries of the "normal" or orthodox mindset with regard to health and wellness. I encourage you to come with an open mind to discover these for yourself. For instance, I can control my own blood pressure by applying energy medicine. I can only speak from my own experience here, and I offer those experiences to you with open heart and mind.
"As I See It" ........ In my explorations, I have done my best to research, to find the common ground, the justification and sanctification of each modality in giving credence to the Trinity of God. I have also researched, and will share with you the biblical reference or connection that adds credence to that modality, in the paradigm of the Christian perspective.
The truth will set you free, and as we all know, Christ is the Creator of all things -- including each and every modality and its workings presented in these offerings. The emphasis of my view, is that what really counts are two very important things:
- How do you apply the information, and
- What is your focal point -- to whom do you give the credit?
Since we are free in Christ, we are free to use all of His creations, including energy medicine. After all, Who created Energy? People must follow their own conscience, and not be afraid of other paradigms that have been linked to these alternative modes of healing.
Jesus himself was a great challenger of the "norm" and the "authorities" of His time. In our time, the allopathic model has set itself as our "authority", and too many of us have allowed them to be our only resource in guarding our health.
Unfortunately, the allopathic model is also usually confined to helping us to become well after we have lost our health. Alternative modalities are more apt to help us to be "pro-active" in preventative and life-enhancing methods that are missed by the allopathic model.
Perhaps also unfortunately, it has been my experience that these "alternative modalities" are too often linked with "mind-body-spirit" emphasis, and often more emphasis on "spirit". This is where most Christians (including me) feel they cannot resonate with or accept, and this is the bridge that I feel called to address -- we CAN claim the wisdom of the body, the wisdom of energy, the wisdom of whatever the Creator has given us, without buying into the "spiritual" connotations that are often attached.
As Larry Nimms explains, people are victim of their subconscious minds being the playground of dark forces, where things like fear, hatred, envy, anger, confusion, doubt, apathy, guilt, etc. run their lives. In alternative modalities, there are tools to shine light upon this dark or shadow side of every person, where one can be free of these negative feelings and perceptions, and prosper instead. We can claim back the land Satan has taken from us by shining light upon the shadows of our own subconscious minds wherein he plays freely, as long as we let him. Satan is the one who does NOT want us to find our light or be happy, prosperous, free, or healthy. Health, Inspiration and Mastery are not states that Satan encourages us to find.
Unlike most of the "spiritual healers" who practice these modalities, I absolutely DO NOT believe that I create my own destiny. I am a co-creator with God, and of course, without Him, I can do nothing. AND, as in the parable of the talents, He has given us many tools and resources [talents], and according to the Word, he expects us to use them wisely and well, and to His glorification.
Throughout this website, I have created boxes such as this one to focus the information, and to portray the hand of God in that information. In this way, I hope to claim ALL that the Father has in helping us all to be in Health, Inspiration and Mastery.
